It is widely used to manufacture refrigerators, automotive parts, footwear, construction and medical products. The core equipment includes high-pressure foaming machines, low-pressure foaming machines, elastomer casting machines, spraying machines and more — and we supply automated production from raw material preprocessing to product molding. PU Machine

A high pressure PU foaming machine uses precise metering and self-cleaning mixing heads for refrigerators, cold storage panels and automotive parts, where output and repeatability matter most. A low pressure machine is the lower-investment route for filters, gaskets, shoe soles and flexible foam parts. For solid PU parts such as wheels, rollers and screens, use a PU elastomer casting machine; for on-site insulation and waterproofing, a PU spray foam machine. If your product needs custom protective cushioning instead of a molded part, a polyurethane packaging machine foams and cures a fitted cushion around the item in seconds, replacing pre-cut foam inserts.

A PUF machine and a PU foam machine are the same class of equipment: PUF simply stands for polyurethane foam, and the abbreviation is the common wording in South Asian and Middle Eastern markets, where it usually appears alongside PUF panel and PUF insulation. Buyers searching for a PUF machine therefore fall into two groups — those building sandwich and insulation panels from rigid polyurethane foam insulation, and those producing general moulded or cast polyurethane parts. Panel and cold storage work, along with batch-production car seats, is typically handled by a high pressure foaming machine, while shoe soles and smaller-batch or customized parts run on either a high or low pressure machine depending on output and budget, and on-site insulation spraying uses a spray foam machine. Panel production normally uses a high pressure foaming machine combined with a continuous or discontinuous panel line. The exact model depends on your panel thickness, width and target output, so we configure it against your existing line before quoting.
Depending on the size of the equipment and customer needs, you can choose sea, air or rail transportation; sea transportation is used by default.
