Car Seat Products You Can Make

How PU Car Seats Are Foamed

The mold is preheated and a release agent applied. A high-pressure foaming machine meters and mixes the polyol and isocyanate, injecting the blend into the mold. The mold closes, the foam expands and cures to the seat shape, then the finished cushion is demolded for trimming and upholstery.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which production line should I choose for car seats?

Carousel lines suit high-volume single models; rotary lines suit medium-to-high volume with multiple stations; banana lines suit start-ups with limited space. Tell us your target output and we will recommend the right layout.

High-pressure or low-pressure foaming for car seats?

Car seats are normally produced with high-pressure machines for stable mixing, uniform density and better surface quality on complex cushion and backrest shapes.

Can you customize molds to our seat models?

Yes. We design and manufacture aluminum or steel molds to your exact cushion, backrest and headrest geometry, including automatic temperature control and demolding features.

What after-sales support do you provide?

Every line ships with English manuals, remote debugging, optional on-site installation, operator training and a 5-year warranty.
