What are the shipping methods?

Depending on the size of the equipment and customer needs, you can choose sea, air or rail transportation; sea transportation is used by default.

What is the average delivery time?

Sample delivery time is about 7 days. Mass production delivery time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit.

Can you install or debug on-site?

We support remote debugging guidance, and if necessary we can arrange engineers to go abroad for installation (subject to visa and relevant policies).
