High pressure pu machine
High-pressure foam machines are widely used in the production of seat cushions such as car seats, office chairs, sofas, wheelchairs and ergonomic cushions. High-precision mixing ensures that the polyurethane raw materials are fully reacted and the foam is uniform, and the automatic proportion is consistent with the injection to ensure the quality of each batch of products.
Mixing Head
Yongjia mixing head is made of high-strength wear-resistant alloy, with a compact structure and uniform discharge, ensuring full mixing and stable casting of polyurethane raw materials. It has high-precision metering and self-cleaning design, adapts to long-term continuous production, ensuring product consistency and high quality.
L-Type
Compact structure, reasonable injection angle, suitable for casting of conventional seat cushions and standard molds, high precision and durability, and a single head can complete more than 500,000 castings.
T-Type
The runner is symmetrical and the mixing is more sufficient. It is suitable for the production of complex or high-demand products, ensuring uniform foam and stable casting.
High-precision flowmeter
Yongjia high pressure machine is equipped with Kracht Clark flowmeter, with a range of 0.1–1000 L/min, and a metering accuracy of ±0.3%. It can be customized specifications according to your output and process needs. It is pressure-resistant and wear-resistant, and is suitable for high-pressure continuous delivery of polyurethane.
