The Banana Line is a semi-automatic, flexibly arranged PU pillow production line, named after its overall station arrangement in an arc shape, resembling a banana. The production line consists of a foaming machine, a mold trolley, a temperature control system, and a demoulding station. It is suitable for a variety of pillow molds and supports collaborative production by a small team of 2 to 4 people. Compared with the disc line and the circular line, the Banana Line has a simpler structure, lower cost, and a small footprint. It is suitable for pillow manufacturing companies in the start-up stage, with limited space or medium output. The entire line is easy to operate and simple to maintain, and is especially suitable for flexible production needs of multiple varieties and small batches.
