Mixing Head
The low-pressure mixing head ensures precise, leak-free PU blending for automotive seat foams. With a mixing ratio range of 1:1–1:5 and operating pressure up to 5 MPa, it guarantees consistent foam density, reduces material waste, and enhances seat comfort.
Siemens PLC System
Yongjia mixing head adopts wear-resistant alloy and precision design, which can mix evenly and prevent leakage from the gun head, thus reducing the waste of raw materials and ensuring efficient and stable production.
Metering Pump System
The metering pump provides precise and stable material delivery for automotive seat foams. With pressure up to 5 MPa and flow accuracy within ±1%, it ensures consistent foam density, reduces waste, and supports efficient, continuous production.
