  • Our polyurethane tank insulation spray coating uses a high closed-cell formula with a closed-cell rate of over 90% and a thermal conductivity as low as 0.022 W/(m·K). This allows it to quickly form a dense, seamless insulation layer on the tank surface, significantly reducing heat loss.
  • The material has a controllable expansion ratio and strong adhesion (≥ 0.3 MPa), maintaining uniform foaming on vertical, horizontal, and large curved tank surfaces without sagging or collapsing.
