Our polyurethane tank insulation spray coating uses a high closed-cell formula with a closed-cell rate of over 90% and a thermal conductivity as low as 0.022 W/(m·K). This allows it to quickly form a dense, seamless insulation layer on the tank surface, significantly reducing heat loss.
The material has a controllable expansion ratio and strong adhesion (≥ 0.3 MPa), maintaining uniform foaming on vertical, horizontal, and large curved tank surfaces without sagging or collapsing.
The material has a temperature resistance range of -40℃ to 120℃, is resistant to aging, waterproof, and corrosion-resistant, and maintains stable insulation performance even after long-term use.
We also offer customized formulas to better suit customer temperature requirements, construction environments, and tank types, resulting in more efficient and durable insulation.

How to install spray foam machine

The following checks should be made before operation.

1. All joints from the host to the gun do not leak air or material,
2. be sure to separate A material and B material from the pump to the gun of the whole input pipeline, so as not to cause the whole system paralysis,
3.there should be safe grounding and leakage protection.
4. When the equipment stops working, the heating system should be tumed off and the power supply should be disconnected in time to avoid the decline of foaming quality caused by too long heating time.
