PU Foam Materials
- To address unclear textures, we improved raw material flowability and mold filling properties, and reduced system viscosity to enhance detail reproduction.
- To address cracking and deformation, we increased crosslinking to enhance strength and dimensional stability.
- To address excessive weight, we controlled the density to 150–250 kg/m³.
- We accelerated production cycles by adjusting the foaming time to 25–35 seconds, demolding time to 3–5 minutes, and optimizing the catalyst.
- We also added 0.5–1.0% UV stabilizers and antioxidants to significantly improve outdoor weathering resistance.
