Our PU spraying machine features a high-flow mixing output of 2–12 kg/min and can be paired with 60–105 meters of heating piping, easily covering large roof areas, pitched roofs, and complex details.

- Our polyurethane tank insulation spray coating uses a high closed-cell formula with a closed-cell rate of over 90% and a thermal conductivity as low as 0.022 W/(m·K). This allows it to quickly form a dense, seamless insulation layer on the tank surface, significantly reducing heat loss.
- The material has a controllable expansion ratio and strong adhesion (≥ 0.3 MPa), maintaining uniform foaming on vertical, horizontal, and large curved tank surfaces without sagging or collapsing.

How to install spray foam machine
The following checks should be made before operation.
